JOB DESCRIPTION – PHARMACIST CUM BILLING
We are having urgent requirement for Pharmacist Cum Billing Executive.
Salary – 20-25k (negotiable- depends on the interview)
Designation – Pharmacist cum Billing Executive
Education – B-pharma or Equivalent
Experience - 2 to 4 Yrs
Working Tenure- 10 am to 6 pm (6 Days)

• Must have good communication skills
• Candidate having prior experience in Billing .
• Candidate should be graduate
• Hands-on experience in MS Word, Excel and working
• Candidates from pharma industry.
Skills: - Required well qualified "PHARMACIST" having his license registered in Jaipur
Good communication skills, Multi-Tasking personality, with proper computer skills, invoice generation, software knowledge, well versed with the stock management, billing software.
Job description:-
➢ Implemented accurate medication dispensing techniques and maintained sufficient inventory levels to meet the demands of a high-volume.
➢ Having knowledge & experience of cold chain management medicines & practices.
➢ Knowledge of inventory control along with cold chain management practices.
➢ Ensuing timely and accurate medication delivery to patients, Utilized strong communication skills to educate patients on medication usage.
➢ Monitored supply inventory and promptly submitted replenishment orders to prevent shortages.
➢ Maintained proper storage and security conditions for Drugs.
➢ Checked medications for content, accuracy and completeness of drugpackaging and labeling.
➢ Ordered labeled and counted stock of medications and entered inventorydata into computer.
➢ Maintained pharmacological practices by checking drug inventory, stocking medications and monitoring supplies. Verified prescriptions anddrug labels, documents and packages
➢ Entry of Purchase Orders received, Billing of Dispatch Components, organizing the pharmacy, delivering and labeling
➢ Assisting in operating of the Billing software, experience in bills/invoices preparation
➢ Handling day to day administration & operational activities.
➢ Handling documentation process, dispensing management of the medicines, courier management, orders follow up process from the clients/Patients.
➢ Knowledge of proper placement of Inventory management, knowledge of maintaining goods practices process.
➢ Coordinate & follow up with the company for the stock
➢ Take care of shelf life of the goods & other related goods.
➢ Making invoices as per the requirement , Dispatch the goods & follow up for the receiving
➢ Checking mails & timely reverts for the same.
➢ Taking care of the cold chain management and related activites.
➢ Other activites assigned as & when required by the management.
